If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before installing the item, this is VERY important:

If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact Customer Service immediately at Support@autorimshop.com with a picture of the damage, which will be required to process the claim. Once our team reviews your information, we will send out a prepaid return label and process an exchange at no additional cost.
If you ordered or received the incorrect item, please contact Customer Service immediately at Support@autorimshop.com and include a picture of the item received and the item you are trying to replace. We will be happy to send you a prepaid return label and assist with placing an order for the correct item. Please note that there may be a 15% restocking fee and a $15 shipping cost per item, New exchange orders will be shipped upon notification that the original item has been returned back to us.
If a refund is approved by a member of our team, items must be received within 30 days of your order being delivered, and in the same condition it was received. Refunds are processed once the returned merchandise is received and inspected at one of our warehouses. Once a refund is processed please allow up to 5 business days to receive funds back to your original payment method.
